"Room 636. Near the lift. Had noise from the lift all night. Not the best position room. Ate in Bocata restaurant. Found food to be very very spicy and lots of chilli used. Just be aware. They happily bought me another meal,thank you for that."

"Booked a room for three adults and was given a king bed only. Reception staff were going to charge $110 for a roll out bed until manager spoken to and gave the roll out bed for free. "

"- Restaurant closed until 5PM on Sundays and Mondays after the breakfast service. Ridiculous. - Bar menu cocktail and food menu small. Arancini was ok but overcooked. Calamari and salad were much better. - Bathroom pokey. Hand nozzle was not connected in the shower. Two very small sinks side-by-side, should be deeper or just one big basin. Bath very small. - Initial junior suite looks out on a roof and no view aside from an intersection. Suites shouldn’t have such a poor view. Mattress comfortable however. "

"Staff were very nice quite friendly The room was ok, a little bland, the downer was the shower drain that blocked as soon as the water built up, which was off putting took 15 mins to drain before we could have the 2nd shower Also dried vomit was apparent over the balcony edge, :( also off putting. The restaurant was quite good and staff there also very accommodating "

"Room spotless house is big didn't spend much time we were out the most of our stay. But i love it we'll definitely be back."
