It was a €12 Euro ride from Wilhemshöhoe Bahnhof, which is not bad. Great if you want to spend a night in Kassel. "

"“Check-in anytime” except when we arrived, the electronic check-in systems were down and there were no staff in the entire hotel to assist. We had to wait over an hour to reach the emergency phone line and get the room code. The code was sent via email but the wifi was down for our whole stay. Terrible experience"
