Unwelcoming & unhelpful, clean but not boutique!
"Information on booking said open from 12, tried to check-in at 14:30. Hotel was closed & had sent a separate message saying different times to check-in, we didn’t receive it. Rooms very basic, balcony is just a door - it’s not enough to stand on let alone sit. No mirror other than the small bathroom ..."

"This is a very basic tiny room with an old style bathroom. It's grand for a cheap n cheerful overnight but don't expect any luxuries. It's clean and very close to the center of town."

"We just wanted an overnight stop in an area where a group of us were walking which happened to coincide with peach blossom time in the area which was beautiful. Much about the hotel was fine but maybe in need of a little TLC here and there. Overall it was good value and served our needs ..."
