"Hotel.com listing has coffee in common area---- they charged $1.20 for instant. Listing has pool----half full hot tub sized. Listing has full service spa ----none. Listing has wifi---- works 10% of the time. Listing has stovetop and utensils ---- none. This was a room not a condo. They cleaned the room once in 6 days. Listing says 5 minute walk to the pier------- it is very steep hill---- only a serious athlete could do it in 5 minutes."

"The unit itself is fine, just as described and pictured in the listing, was clean and A/C worked good, though the WiFi was weak to non-exsistant during my stay. I mention that because it’s the main reason that I book certain places (I need WiFi). If they say there is WiFi and it doesn’t work, it really messes up my trip! "Staff are very kind and helpful, they made sure we had what we needed. I booked a room for 2 people but I chose a bigger room because I was anticipating to have some relatives coming with us. So there were 4 of us who showed up for the room. I was expecting I would be charged for the 2 extra people but they didn’t charge me. The location is very nice if you want a quiet place to relax. We had the whole beach to ourselves most of the time but not advisable if you have kids because the ocean is deep in this area, but good for diving and snorkeling. Room is outdated and needs improvements especially the washrooms. The place is not suitable to people with knee problems because of the steep stairs going up the road. Overall, we had a good stay 😊"
