"The hotel is beautiful and the pool amazing. Our room was immaculate. I wanted to especially recommend the kids club, led by Carlitos. Our kids (8yo boy and 6yo girl) absolutely loved the kind and friendly staff and the wide variety of arts and crafts. The week's schedule was so thoughtfully planned. This was the real highlight for them. They lined up each morning waiting for it to open. :-)"

"The staff were excellent. Friendly & helpful with a seamless and quick check-in and check-out. The room facilities also excellent. Where I think it comes up slightly short is the pool was very warm and shallow and not at all refreshing. The pool area is lovely with plenty of beds and enough space to not have people very close to you. The breakfast buffet was nice but only had one very dry bacon every day which seemed like turkey bacon? It wasn’t very nice. I also think it is the only 5 star restaurant where there is no table service of proper coffee and tea. I would also like a room to shower and change when you check out. We used the facility in the spa but it was stiflingly hot and we were soaked with sweat by the time we’d changed into our travelling clothes. Overall, these are fairly minor complaints simply because you expect these things from a 5 star hotel. I can’t fault the room and the friendly and helpful staff and we enjoyed our stay"

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the city center and the marina, where you’ll find many great restaurants and tapas bars. The hotel was very clean, and the nearby beach was absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear turquoise water and soft white sand. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. However, my experience with the restaurant staff could have been improved. At times, they seemed less approachable and did not always provide clear explanations when we had questions. With a bit more attentiveness and communication, the dining experience could be greatly enhanced. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and beautiful surroundings."

"Lovely adults only hotel with two pools. Across the road from the beach and lots of local restaurants and bars and shops! Great sea view from our room, amazing to wake up to the sound of the waves. I would highly recommend renting electric bikes and exploring the local area, lots of bike lanes for safe travel. We used the front infinity pool mostly as the beds were so comfortable (no charge for these). Would also recommend going all inclusive - well worth the money when you think of drinks and food. The cocktails included were not all fantastic but lots to try, and beers and wines available too. La Boomba was a favourite for a night cap! Inclusive food was varied and more than enough. The hotel also had two nights of entertainment which was pleasant as unexpected. Would be better if they informed us of this when we arrived, as some people missed out as they were unaware. We did venture out once during our week stay and enjoyed a local steak. Will be returning soon!"
