Clean, comfortable and helpful staff. I would stay there over and over plus would recommend friends and family to stay there as well. I felt safe at all times and the rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location just minutes from the airport.

the price range for transfer was high, under the beds was dusty, the lobby area was too smoky even you could fill cigarette smoke from you nonsmoker room during the night!The price range of tours were higher than the other agencies.

We were escorted to our room and the manager said he would get another robe, but didn’t follow through. The thermostat did not work in our room and it was hot. We complained several times but was not rectified.

Poor experience. I stayed at Hilton in many places but this was the worst . To start with I arrived at 6 am , yes, my my check in was supposed to be 3pm but they said I couldn’t even leave my bag and they “found” me a room and charged full price for one extra night . The room had a faulty AC and for two nights they kept saying we will fix it and sent someone but nothing happened. I was planning to extend my stay for a week and I moved to another hotel instead after the two nights because they said if I cancelled there would be no refund

The original room wasn’t suitable too close to the main road but not an issue room changed in a flash and bags moved and settled quickly, they knew it was my birthday and sent me a cake and balloons. Was new year and we had a super party after an amazing meal in the Indian restaurant all in all it’s a great hotel a but far from old cairo and pyramids but they will arrange safe and reasonable travel for you

Luckily it was only 1 night
My family and I stayed here as a stopover as we had a flight out of Cairo early the next morning. Check in went very well but tje general condition of the hotel is not well kept. The rooms are worn and outdated for a Hiton. The worst part is the staff expect a tip for everything. I understand it's the culture but it's very invasive and demanding

This property is an oasis close to the airport, without the feel of and "airport hotel". This is an upscale, convention/resort with beautiful courtyard with pools, a small casino, and several restaurants. They keep up the hotel to western standards, so everything works...

Very nice hotel. Staff were helpful. Rooms and bedding were clean and beds comfortable. Additional building available for meetings. Restaurants and breakfast buffets were good. There was no gift shop or hotel convenience area to buy any travel or medicine needs.

The staff and hotel are absolutely delightful. Delicious breakfast every day and wonderful restaurants to choose from later in the day. Very kind staff members who are attentive to every request. We will be back on Friday. No need or desire to stay anywhere else.

We had a wonderful time in a lovely location with very attentive staff. The breakfast is superb with a very international flair. Our houseman Mohammed Ali kept our room spotless and ice bucket filled. He even made us a lovely towel swan. Mixed grill dinner at the hotel’s Al Dabke Lebanese restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced.

This hotel has it all 5 stars
Fantastic hotel and great service. Staff was always attentive, never too busy for you. The restaurants were exceptional in variety and quality. We were there for 6 nights and only ate at the restaurants. Loved it! Would stay there again 5 stars from me. 😄👌

Great stay!
We stayed at the Hilton with our 8 years old daughter for about 2 weeks. The hotel and especially the staff couldn’t do anything more to make our stay comfortable. We had an issue with our room and Rania (Guest Relations manager) was fantastic! She arranged a replacement room and made sure we are comfortable with our daughter. Special thanks also to Eiman from the house keeping team who kept us always looked after. All in all, the hotel amenities and staff service is 5 star!

This is big luxurious Hilton in Heliopolis. Food options are ample. Music to entertain the senses is so wonderful specially in the evenings. Live piano and flute. Pools are amazing and the staff is amiable and professional. The rooms are excellent.

Nice hotel. However, they had my reservation totally wrong. I had booked 4 nights at this hotel. I missed my evening flight and arrived early in the morning the next day on another flight. When I arrived and tried to check in, they told me that my reservation had been canceled. They then said that I had only booked 1 night there; not 4 nights. They followed up and made some phone calls and then realized that I had booked 4 nights there, not just 1 night. They then upgraded me to a better room, to make up for their mix-up. This type of mistake should not have happened, and I was not happy about the wait and stress this caused me.
