"Staff was great. Beautiful location. Great amenities. Did find that hotel services lacked. Room not cleaned properly. Only received milk for tea twice. Lucky brought over some long life milk of our own. Complaints not taken seriously. Especially for our long stay."

"贅沢宿泊をしたくてここに泊まりました！ とにかく海の綺麗さとサンセット、サンライズ、星空が最高でした グリーン島への往復船もパラソル、シュノーケルグッズ、カヌー、グラスボトムボート、サンセットドリンクも宿泊料金の中に含まれてて、お得感満載です。 部屋のドライヤーが壊れて、魚の餌やりの時間に間に合わなかったのが残念だったけど、すぐ新しいものを持ってきてくれました！ 一つだけ難点は、鳥の匂いと鳴き声です。鳥が苦手な方は気をつけてください！"

"I love the practicality. Reserved parking, walking distance to mart and LUCKY FISH(the only halal restaurant). In room washing machine + detergent and dryer, save time to do laundry on your own. The pool, also amazing. No need to swim at the beach ( as its dangerous), as the pool is awesome."

"The Pullman was a fantastic family holiday destination. Travelled with teenagers who also enjoyed the accommodation and resort facilities. Staff were exceptionally helpful and provided everything we requested. Easy walking distance into Palm Cove main dining precinct and drivable to kurunda, Atherton table lands and Daintree "

"The property is in a fantastic location. 20 metres to beach, 20 metres to Sports Bar, 30-100 metres to other restaurants/bars. Trinity Beach is a great place to stay - great beach, not too busy not too quiet. Approx 7 dining options within 5 minute walk. Apartments are well-appointed and spacious. Will happily stay at Beachfront Apartments again."
