"We throughly enjoyed our five nights at this hotel. A lovely clean hotel with great staff. When you walk in reception not only are you greeted with a smile and a welcome, but you also get a great smell, I don’t know how they do it, but it smells devine permanently. Our room was kept clean and the balcony has comfortable chairs. A bit weird, is the provision of a kettle and a fridge but no cups and provisions. The bar happily provides cups and spoons etc and so we went to the local supermarket for teabags and milk. The bar staff deserve a special shout out, they weren’t kept extremely busy given the time of year and the fact that most guests are out cycling and sailing but were friendly and polite and we had service with a smile every time."

"The hotel is in a prime location. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast has a lots of choice and delicious. Rooms are clean and spacious with fridge kettle and coffee machine . We didn’t use the spa but looked great. The pool has amazing views and great pool bar . The bao buns are especially tasty . Would 100% return and recommend to anyone."

"We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. Hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Not far to walk to nice breakfast spots like Petit Nola and Lily’s to watch the world go by. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and good value for money for a good base. Would stay here again! "

"Nice hotel. Room was OK for the cost. Nice and accommodating. The only issue was we were in a family room and after the lift we had to go up and down several steps which wasn't ideal with all our luggage "

"Very clean hotel! Staff constantly cleaning and was spotless All staff very friendly and helpful Some areas could do with a bit of modernisation like the bar and reception area. Would be useful for lunch orders at the bar to start before 1.30pm Very popular for cyclists Sunloungers could also do with an upgrade and they need to do something when the parasol metal poles are sticking out of the ground with no parasol in it as it is a trip hazard. "
