"This truly was the worst property I have ever stayed at. There were no amenities from no microwave in the room, no soap or shampoos, and no iron. No basics. The staff either were rude or unprofessional. We were asked to leave the property with no reasoning on top of that one staff members relayed the notice to leave to my 13 year old son instead of communicating with me. Just terrible all around I do not recommend staying here unless you just need a quick cheap place to lay your head. Even then it’s not worth it"

"I arrived at the hotel shortly before 10 PM but was informed that my room was not ready, and I would need to wait for an hour for the room to be cleaned and prepared. The receptionist was friendly but unable to provide a room when needed, so she gave me the option of canceling my reservation and finding other accommodations. I did that."

"There was nothing spectacular about this property. It was average. I know that the front desk staff stayed away from the front desk a lot. There was a sign in the bathroom that stated they cleaned the rooms everyday when we complained because they had not cleaned our room, they said every two days. The toilet was loose, and one of the waffle makers didn’t work properly. Otherwise there were no concerns."
