"Beautifully maintained! Friendly staff, room is awesome and has everything you need. Gorgeous location. Only complaint was we were the last building and there is no parking at the last two buildings. And the parking is limited towards those as well. You need to walk or you can call for a golf cart to come pick you up. This lead to continual tipping and waiting in the parking lot at times to be picked up for our room. The hot tub was not hot. Games available and bar available. Loved the lotions, shampoo and conditioner. Jet tub was nice too. Would stay again if closer to parking."

"Hot tub not working. Elevators not working. Door wouldn’t completely lock. Front desk wouldn’t answer when called. The AC would turn off and on constantly but was the loudest AC unit ever so it kept waking me up. I never write reviews but the was the worst stay I’ve ever had. And the breakfast was donuts and yogurt. "

"we had room booked from the 8-12th. however after arriving, and going to the room, i couldn’t stay any longer. The couch in the common area was disgusting and unfortunately after i sat on it, the entire night was spent in the shower. i was getting bit by something. i don’t want to know, we wound up booking somewhere else, and working on getting the refund. biggest issue with expedia. i cannot recommend this place at all"

"Hotel room was quiet and clean. But we asked to have our room cleaned and it was not, asked for fresh towels, We did not get them. No screens on the windows. Air conditioner would change to heat if you change the thermostat. Kitchen was bare, no silverware, plates, glasses nothing. We’ve stayed here before and it’s been different."

"Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Parking is great. The only issue we had was that we had to throw our own trash in the dumpster, but the dumpster hasn’t been picked up in weeks."
