"The manager (female) of Casa Muru is so unfriendly and “Karen” like in nature that more than 5 of the neighboring restaurants, cafes, and stores warned me about her, and respectively expressed how difficult it was to communicate or cooperate with her."

"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. And great Customer Service on leaving with the Manager insisting on carrying my bags out to the taxi. Wouldn’t hesitate on recommending?"

"Some people say the property is great, but it’s too far from everything. I disagree! It’s a 15 minute uber from anything. So nice to return to a calm, quiet, and really nice place after a hectic day of being a tourist! I would stay here again. Also, staff are genuinely kind, caring and helpful. Stay here, you won’t regret it. The photos are accurate, the place is nice. "
