"I’ve stayed at Ocean Gate Inn several times when visiting my son at UCSC, and the staff has always been kind and professional. One thing I really appreciate is how they go above and beyond — I’ve arrived as late as 1 a.m., and they’ve called to make sure I was still coming, which shows great customer service. The only nitpicking negatives would be the shower pressure was low and the shower head wasn't the best but not the end of the world. Aside from that the parking situation is okay kinda tight but again not the end of the world. "
