"You paid a lot of money to stay in this high end resort and it was worth the price."

"Beautiful place to stay! Love the beach not crowded."

"Excelente lugar para descansar y relajarse, con muy buena comida y tragos, recomendado si buscan un inclusivo no tan lleno."

"The staff were phenomenal. Made a special occasion truly unforgettable. They never hesitated to assist with all questions, tours, and accommodations. Genuinely enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return. The room was spacious and beautiful with an ocean view. The gym was well stocked and clean. The washer dryer was indispensable. Cannot sing their praises enough."

"The hotel is amazing!!!!! The room the views the staff the food and the amenities are all top notch. If you are planning a trip to Cabo this place is amazing"

"Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The rooms are very nice, we had an oceanfront, which I highly recommend. The restaurants were very good. The best part was having a swimmable beach. The water is a beautiful aqua marine the beach is huge and the swim area is protected."

"Our stay was nice overall, but the dinner situation was unnecessarily complicated. Due to the weather, staff rescheduled our reservation at Boca Steakhouse. Unfortunately, one hostess was extremely unprofessional, insisting we had no reservation despite it being rebooked by your staff. She made no effort to help, leaving us hungry and frustrated until another hostess stepped in. I wish I had gotten her name so management could address the situation. We paid for an all-inclusive experience, and...

"It was ok. Nothing special by any means. The front desk people were mediocre. The rest in the back had great service. No upgrades other than getting a room right above a restaurant with all the smoke/exhaust coming on you when you stepped outside. When I let them know and asked hey said that was all that was available."

"The resort itself was beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The restaurants were excellent, and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, the biggest area of opportunity is the customer service and overall attitude of the staff. The majority of our interactions with employees came across as rude, dismissive, and lacking any sense of urgency. One particularly disappointing experience was with Tatiana at the steakhouse, who was extremely dismissive. Additionally, the constant pressure from...

"Rooms were a bit dated. Hallways were dirty. Elevators were non working in areas and dirty as well. Dress code restrictions and no reservation option made eating a challenge for a beach resort. Definitely over priced. Slow room service. Pools were nice but no staff taking orders around pool as would be expected at an all inclusive resort. Would not go there again."

"Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada. Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. Duramos más de 4 horas dando vueltas para encontrar el lugar y nadie contestó. No pudimos llegar y por ende no teníamos donde hospedarnos y llevábamos niños "

"Staff were great."
