"The Hotel was not prepared to be open. A newly constructed hotel with not enough employees to perform the basic tasks in the Hotel. No room service for three days, no clean tows no even toilet paper in the bathroom. Expedia should be ashamed of having this hotel as option on its site. I paid a lot of money for it and only had problems during my stay there."

"Horrible wifi only worked in lobby, no hot water, sandy floors, poor service and communication at reception - didn't work well with hotels.com reservation and on top of everything THE SHOWER ELECTRICUTED ME!.. Plus the sheets didn't fit well so they came off while we were sleeping so you woke up on a disgusting overly used mattress.. All that for $100 really?"
