"Excellent location next to the Rialto Bridge and Waterbus stop. Lovely atmosphere and a pleasant spacious room with excellent housekeeping. Helpful reception staff and delicious breakfast served by great staff. The hotel could be improved by having a coffee machine or kettle for early morning tea and coffee .A very relaxing stay."

"Great location. Clean properties. Our group was put in 2 different properties very close to each other. Staff was friendly and very helpful Only draw back is no elevators in our buildings but they helped with the luggage if wanted or needed Very close to Rialto water taxi I stop. Very easy walk. Safe area Air conditioning was great"

"The hotel is just steps from St. Mark’s Square,so we could walk out the door and be in the heart of the city within a minute. And the view of gondolas from our window was very lovely. It can get loud when gondola tours get busy, but it dies down at night. The staff were warm and genuinely helpful. Breakfast had a great variety, so it was a lovely start to each day before we head out to explore. If you want to be in the center of everything with a view that captures the magic of Venice, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We’d happily stay here again!"

"It's nice that there is an elevator especially that we are in the 4th floor.Breakfast is good but can make it better if eggs are offered and start at 7am instead of 8am since sometimes we have early tour to catch up."

"Great property in the heart of Venice. The staff was very helpful and the location allowed us to access almost every part of the city very easily. Restaurants and shopping are literally right outside the door, yet the property is a bit away from the frenzy and quiet when needed. We hesitated a bit to go directly to the hotel by water taxi because it cost Euros 80 for a 15 minute ride. But it is worth the convenience of not having to lug around your suitcases from the ferry dock, looking for the hotel and going over multiple bridges."

"We loved our stay at Palazzo San Luca! Located in a prime site seeing location and easy to get to via the water bus. We were a group of 3 staying in the Premier Apartment and loved our stay! It was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Highly recommend!"
