I was also told when requesting beach view that every property faced beach. I booked because of that and did not get a view of beach. Place us convenient but property is tired and old."

"This place is an easy stay everytime, so peaceful and clean. It was pouring rain this time but we could easily get on the bus right out the front or eat at the club without even going outside. Have stayed multiple times never any issues. We did have a back side of the building room this time overlooking Tweed rather than Coolangatta but worked out to be the perfect location to watch the ANZAC Day dawn service from the balcony. Staff are always lovely and accommodating."

"Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. "
