As instalações são boas e confortáveis, mas não havia manutenção. No quarto, o banheiro estava sujo (vaso sanitário com marcas de uso), ar condicionado MUITO SUJO e muito barulhento, móveis laterais da cama muito sujos também. Itens de higiene de péssima qualidade (sabonete e xampu 2 em 1 de hotel de quinta categoria). A piscina do hotel estava impraticável de tão imunda que estava a água. O banheiro comum, do térreo, não estava limpo e não tinha papel higiênico. O café da manhã é muito fraco, com poucas opções e estava lotado de moscas. Num resumo, não vale a pena.
