Não é o que parece nas imagens.

Pousada sem manutenção, muito suja. Quartos pequenos e sem limpeza nos ar condicionados. Cafe da manha deixa muito a desejar. Porém os proprietarios e as pessoas que trabalham no local são nosta 10. Se pesarmos o valor cobrado, pelo que a pousada oferece, existem outras opções proximas que valem mais a pena.

Salvando o prestativo atendimento do Sr. Alejandro e seus funcionários, praticamente nada condizia com o anúncio e fotos. Quando fiz a seleção constava que havia estacionamento, alguns dias após a reserva o anúncio foi alterado e o estacionamento informado é na rua, em frente a pousada, só que na alta temporada não tem vaga na rua durante o dia, somente a noite. Chegamos após as 14h00 e tivemos que aguardar até as 16h30 para liberar um quarto dos dois reservados. Me ofereceu o cancelamento da reserva, mas eu iria para onde c/ minha família após viajar quilômetros, e com a cidade lotada em alta temporada? Um dos chuveiros queimou a resistência e só pode ser trocadas na tarde do dia seguinte. Canais de TV locais, c/ imagem péssima. Minibar descongelando e molhando o quarto, que foi trocado no dia seguinte. Vazo do apt.2 vazando no piso ao dar descarga. Mobília antiga. Ar condicionado de parede barulhento. No geral precisa de uma boa reforma.

Excelente!

Pousada limpa, organizada, a roupa de cama é muito boa, cama confortável com 4 travesseiros e mais 2 almofadas(eu amei isso) ! O Alejandro é muito gentil e atencioso. A Neusa é uma fofa! A localização é ótima. A rua da pousada dá acesso a Praia da Tartaruga, é possível ir a pé. Tem comércio perto TB. Eu amei os dias que fiquei lá! Retornarei assim que possível!

Hotel não condiz com as fotos.

Melhor do hotel é o Sr Alejandro. Muito simpático e prestativo. Mas a estrutura do hotel e velha, precisa de cuidados, limpeza. Nosso quarto por exemplo Ar condicionado nunca foi limpo. Cheiro de mofo. Banheiro pequeno, boxe não abre todo. Localização é boa.

Excelente estadia. Alejandro o dono, é muito simpático, sensacional, ajuda com tudo, é como se estivéssemos em casa. O quarto é bom, aconchegante, limpo. Ar condicionado excelente. Chuveiro quente, com muita água. Toalhas limpas, sempre. Televisão. Hospitalidade nota 1000! Cama muito gostosa. Senti falta de um frigobar, mas os quartos para três pessoas têm. Perto das praias. Perto da rua das pedras. Pode-se ir de uber para todos os lugares bem barato e de van sem problema, super seguras. Experiência maravilhosa, volto mil vezes, meu marido amou demais. Saímos com saudade já.
