"Hotel Lapad is a charming hotel in a lovely location.. My room had a small balcony with a beautiful side view of the sea, which I really enjoyed. However, considering the price, I expected the room to be a little more comfortable and updated. My experience with the front desk staff was mixed. Although they were helpful at times, their manner occasionally felt a bit unwelcoming, and I sometimes hesitated to approach them with questions or requests\. A warmer and more hospitality-focused attitude would make the overall guest experience much more enjoyable. Beautiful pool but not enough chairs for the guests."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very professional and helpful. They ensured that our delayed baggage was secured once it arrived while we were on a day tour. The staff also moved our luggage to our new room after we extended our stay and needed to switch rooms, because we were on a different tour. The breakfast was very delicious with many varieties of food to choose from depending on your taste as well as culture. The beach there is a little small, but the views are amazing! There are several choices for eating, both on property and within very close walking distances. The property has a great pool/pool area suitable for kids as well as adults. There is a gaming area for kids of all ages; including adults. If there is one small negative it would be that the room was a bit on the small side to accommodate my wife, adult daughter and me for being a triple occupancy room. Other than that, it was very clean and everything worked without any issues."

"Unique setting !! Very laid back for a big hotel .. Not suitable for the elderly as too many steps and very vast in size โฆ Amazing breakfast buffet couldnโt think of anything it didnโt have โฆ No problem with fresh towels for pool .. beach .. etc no bands needed .. Would definitely stay again .."

"LOVED the hotel...to the point that we did not leave the hotel anymore and decided to just stay to enjoy the pool and beach both day and night time. Everywhere you looked you can enjoy the AWESOME VIEW of the water. Breakfast was also GREAT!!! Wished we could have stayed longer. It was convenient having access to the beach as well. Everyone was very helpful. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property."
