"Great property and amenities. I had issues with my safe not working and a constant beeping in my room and both issues were resolved promptly. I had water damage on my cell phone and they gave me a big box of rice for my phone after I told them what happened, no charge. The hot stone massage, manicure and pedicure were all fantastic. "It’s the warmth and friendliness of the staff that make the place stand out from others. The hotel itself is comfortable, food is good. The only cons I would say is the walk from the reception to your room. If it rains, the ground is slippery but they put a rubber rag to walk in. You only have to make sure to walk on it. All in all, our stay is one of the most comfortable places so far."

"Overall, it was a satisfying stay!! What makes the experience wonderful were the staff. The services were excellent. Although, the cleanliness is just fair enough most especially the toilet, still manageable. However, what makes it a great place to stay is its strategic location that is close nearby to everything and the room accommodation is competitive. The transport transfer was easy breezy. If you want some tour package, the hotel also have it. Excellent stay! Highly recommended!! "
