"Stayed here for one night on our way to Melbourne via the Great Ocean Road. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast there and there was a good choice of food. I would definitely recommend Raj's Breakfast, a bit different and very tasty!"

Not too much of a hassle but it was cold and the heater wasn’t too good, took the chill out of the lounge room area slightly but didn’t do anything to warm the 2 bedrooms. They provided enough bedding to compensate though! Will be staying again and recommend to others!"

None of them have made a greater effort to make me comfortable than City Heart, admittedly a modest, affordable 16 room place in Warrnambool. The bed was super comfortable, when you turned on the hot water, you got hot water and —— wait for it —— the T.P. was actually soft, almost plush!"
