"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Exalco and honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews I read before coming here. After experiencing the hotel myself, I can say that the reality was completely different. One thing I noticed in Albania is that many hotels and resorts are family-run. You can really see how much hard work goes into running a place like this every single day. "Friendly staff"

"This place was perfect for our overnight stay! The staff were friendly and helpful in giving food recommendations, advice on money exchange etc. The breakfast was a convenient part of the stay and food was fresh with good options! I would stay again for good hospitality!"

"Staff was like personally assigned concierge people at you every wish. Need anything, it is not a problem. We will get it, store it, fix it, make it. I've never encountered such willing, capable, organized, and beautiful hearted people."

"Clean room, great location and very friendly staff"

"Such a cool place!"

"There’s some construction happening on the ground floor that worried us at first; however, once we located reception and checked into our rooms we found them to be clean, comfortable, and quite nice. The staff was very helpful and they let us park our van and store our luggage at the hotel while we are away on the Theth-Valbone 3-day trek."

"The room was clean and good breakfast. Area is a bit far from the center but found it the perfect middle between the castle and the center. "

"Easy to find, friendly staff."

"Excellent service, excellent breakfast, very good position of the city. I will be back again for sure."

"Nice, comfortable place for staying."

"Grat breakfast, nice and clean hotel."

"Great location, clean lovely hotel!"

"Had a beautiful stay at this property on our albania trip. We really enjoyed the stay, the food and the place. The staff was so helpfull and friendly the whole atmosphere is serene from the town and the internet was really good. The breakfast was starting at 8 clock, we had to leave at 7:30 for the boat ride, they arranged breakfast early just for us that was really appreciatable. And was so tasty!! I would really recommend this place."

"We love this hotel . Always book this hotel when we are in Lezh . Very clean and great service"

"Good value for money. In general terms, good experience. The toilet so close to the shower was curious, the bed a little uncomfortable (adding a soft cushion could increase the options), small details that can be improved. The place was really nice, and the staff was attentive. Recommended however."
