"Even though the room was clean, there were people smoking outside the property and the smell penetrated the room big time. Other guests were very noisy (talking loudly until 5 am or so). It appeared that the TV had been broken for a long time. No internet. Yes, there’s free parking on the street but only between 10 pm and 9 am. The price was good, and the place served the purpose. "We had a wonderful stay at Harry's home in Millennium Tower. It was easy to find if you follow the signboards in the shopping mall. Location is very convenient as it is just next to a train station and the mall has many shops and food options. Feels really safe too. Staff are also very polite and helpful. Nic was very kind and upgraded us to a room with a view on a higher floor so it was nice and quiet with a beautiful view of the river. Loved the availability of a washing machine and dryer within the hotel. It would be perfect if they also put in a microwave for guests to use. Overall, we would recommend this property. Thanks for a lovely and comfortable stay. "
