"Our apartment was super clean and beautiful! The kitchen had everything needed to prepare food, bedroom was big and bed really comfortable :) Stunning views to the mountains from the balcony. The staff was really helpful with everything we asked concerning our stay in Riva. Location is good and supermarket, restaurants etc. in walking distance or you can loan a bike from the hotel. We highly recommend Aris Apartments! :)"

"Det var lugnt område. Frukosten hade många variationer och resturangen hade god mat som serverades allt ifrån pizza, sallad och pasta. Rummen var rena likaså i gemensamma utrymmen. Alla som jobbade på hotellet var super trevliga. En anmärkning. Våra grannar hade barn som hoppade, släpade köks stolarna som har riktigt jobbigt höra tidigt på morgonen eller sent på natten. De kanske skulle ha plats stolar istället annars var allt helt perfekt "

"Haben spontan gebucht und wurden daher auch nicht erwartet. Wurden jedoch von den Eltern sympatisch empfangen. Leider hatte es keine CI Karte im TV und dadurch konnten wir auch nicht fernsehen. Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack sehr hart. An sonsten stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis."

"Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben eine Nacht in der Residence La Filanda verbracht – und wir waren begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist top: sauber, gepflegt und sehr charmant. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die super Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort – alles lief reibungslos. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. "Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es wurde ein Brötchenservice angeboten. Man konnte optional aber auch Frühstück im nahe gelegenen Restaurant Apollo hinzubuchen. Als GTS Gast gab es einen kostenfreien Shuttle von Tignale zum Strand. Die Mitfahrt kann man problemlos über eine App buchen."

"It’s just like an apartment, there is nothing like hotel or hostel in it. There is no one in reception after 8 pm and all the gates were closed even the outer main gate after 10 pm. They give me a bunch of keys containing my room key, apartment main door key and main gate code. When I came to hotel at 11 pm and start opening all these doors it took long time as some of the keys were old and don’t work properly. There is no bus nearby and each time I took taxi for Riva Del Garda which cost 10...

"Unfortunately the stay at La Vigna did not meet our expectation. The kitchen was equipped poorly. There were a lot of ants and other insects in the apartment. The apartment was already very worn down. The pool was out of service without notice beforehand. The bedsheets were stained. It was extremely loud! It was hard to sleep until the residents above went to bed because one could hear every sound and scraping of chairs. Would not recommend especially for the high price"

"We are a family of 5 (3 kids). We got a very nice room with a wonderful balcony, in which we were happy to sit and eat (all 5 of us). Cristiano (the owner) is a super host - he was so helpful in giving us any information we needed, especially about celiac (they have celiac in the family so he was happy to share his useful knowledge).
