"Everything was perfect!"

"It was unfortunate things continued go wrong throughout our entire stay. Even before checking in, I got a message letting me know their elevator wasn’t working so their staff would be helping us carry our luggage up to our room. When we got there, their main entrance was blocked off and we had to walk up a tiny side alley to get to the front desk. It did not feel like a “hotel”. During our stay, there were so many issues including the WiFi not working that we had to call the front desk multiple times. The staff gave us a small credit to offset the inconvenience but in comparison to the disappointing stay, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless there is a general major overhaul."

"Excellent in every way. 1. Room is spacious, great layout, very comfortable furnishings especially the bed, luxurious and helpful amenities, automatic motion-sensing lighting helpful for night trip to bathroom, best equipped bidet, and fantastic view from full-length glass balcony. 2. Extremely courteous, helpful, and caring staff at checkin, concierge service, and family club floor. 3. Included drinks and snacks available during morning , afternoon, and evening sessions. Extremely convenient perks - uniquely special. Will definitely come back to this hotel. Highly recommend to others."

"Beautiful modern room with nice ocean view. But not enough space for luggage. No drawers either. Rooftop Swimming pool was nice also. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants."

"A bit of a dated room with lots of marks and scratches etc. Air conditioning also won't go lower than 25 degrees so room is very hot. But it was a clean hotel, very good area and friendly staff"
