"My kids love the set up way too much. They cried out loud when we check out... All amenities and facilities are well equipped. "I really liked this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful and always said hello. They were able to hold onto my friends and I’s luggage prior to check in which was very helpful. I left my umbrella in the elevator on accident and when staff found it, they found me to give it back! I really appreciate how this experience went and would definitely come back!"

"very complete and clean suite..had the upper floor corner. Problem is that they dont provide paper towels for cleaning coffee spills and then if they decide to clean the room they wont clean the counter. Think only they take ou trash and sweep floor...not even tdoing the bed..this is very strange all over Korea. Only two coffee mugs provided, no cups for water. Don't bother with the strange coffee tea bags situation they taste very bad. Problem is that coffee places open late! There is Starbucks half a block away that opens at 8 and few blocks sotuh at 7 am on main ave. Yes i would stay again , but if i go again to Busan I would stay in diffrerent neighborhood"
