View of Haeundae Beach was partially blocked by a building, but the hotel was so close to the beach, it's alright.

The hotel is nice, next to the beach. Breakfast is great, has varieties of selection. But it is very inconvenient. It is far from the main areas and the airport. Taxi fares are expensive. It’s better to stay on the other side of the bridge, near downtown. That’s where all the excursions located.

Simple like typical Japanese hotel. Small but has everything essential.Only thing lacking have to buy own toothbrush & paste blaming on Covid.

Location was very conveniently located next to the beach on a street that was not very busy. The front desk had amenities' to check out such as Irons and electrical adapters which was very convenient. Nice location and would recommend.

Good budget hotel
The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, but not so close that it's noisy. Bathroom and room were overall clean. The breakfast buffet and free water was nice too.

An enjoyable stay in a great location which was walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants and the Haeundae traditional market. The hotel was great value and was clean and tidy.

This is a fantastic place to stay but there are hundreds of hotels in the area. My issue is my error in booking an 'Economy double'. This is one of the smallest rooms Ive ever booked. There was not enough space to open my suitcase. However it did the job and bus (1003) from Busan Station stops and picks up nearby. Staff were helpful and breakfast was varied but mistly cold.

Breakfast is good and room are small but comfortable. Elevators are terribly slow. My main issues with this hotel is that the Check-in time, which is strictly only after 4 pm is too late. And, the check-out time at 10 am is too early.

The property delivered on the rooms and cleanliness. Staff was a bit short, it was a holiday weekend and busy throughout our stay. The free breakfast was nice but if you’re not used to cafeteria style of dining with crowds, might want to make other arrangements, overall, our 2 night stay was Pleasing,

First of all the breakfast was excellent but elevator system was so poor . Final evaluation is 70 point out of 100 . When I have another chance to visit Busan I will take Toyoko Inn Hotel because of breakfast.

I love the oceanview rooms and the expansive free breakfast buffet. My oceanview double was small but clean and comfortable, the view was excellent. a prime location. One of my favorite hotel chains for the value and experience.
