This was an extremely comfortable stay. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and bright, and the breakfast was delicious. The gym was immaculate and fully equipped!

The location was great and the staff at the hotel were excellent. Very helpful! The trainee Kim Jung Eun? She was very kind and smiled which made us feel welcome. We reallly enjoyed staying at signiel and definitely will stay again when we come back to Busan and tell friends.

An excellent and luxury hotel location close to the metro and bus network as well as the beach. Our only negative was being unable to have dinner on our last evening in the lounge due to a private event.

Wonderful service and the view is breathtaking! The beach is just right outside the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet, there were many options to choose from. The room was clean and modernized. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Busan!

So glad to find this hotel. Sincere service and attention to guests. So close to Haeundae area, but yet so quiet. I’ve found a new “first choice” hotel in Busan.

I had an outstanding stay at the Signeil Hotel in Busan. The hotel's elegant design, attentive staff, and breathtaking views of Haeundae Beach left a lasting impression. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, the dining options were delicious, and the location was unbeatable. I especially appreciated the exceptional service from the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Absolutely amazing hotel. Warm welcome, staff happy to do whatever you reasonably request (helped us book bus tickets and gave directions!). Room was excellent, clean and modern with little treats daily which was appreciated. Would recommend this hotel highly if you want to stay by the beach and would definitely stay again!

We loved our room and the welcome tea!! Unfortunately the bath tub had a leak and couldn’t enjoy properly the bath with the spa amenities. Also, the hotel offers champagne and snacks at a beautiful lounge. Unfortunately, you had to wait in line for over one hour to enter this lounge. It was very unpleasant having you wait so long!
