-Customer service was great -The room was very nice and cozy for the price, it felt like a studio apartment -Deep tub if you’re into bubble baths for relaxation -Very quiet and peaceful

I would never come back here again. My hotel room looked nothing like the photos shown. I woke up in the middle of the night to my room smelling like cigarettes and people having intercourse. The blinds did not close properly and it was deafening outside. Overall I was so disappointed that I left the next day even though I still had another day. I booked another hotel because It was that bad. The staff was trying to accommodate me saying they would move me but they only said that once I handed over my hotel card. I honestly felt catfished by this hotel. Honestly felt like it was a love hotel. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.

The staff is really nice. They offered us a free upgrade of the room that we really appreciated. The price for 3 nights was really good. I would recommend them to pay more attention to the cleanliness of common areas like corridors.

We were 5 of us , stayed at the penthouse room. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom will be more user friendly if rack or wall hooks were provided. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location but need better toilet and bathroom
The room was actually very spacious for family of 4, just that the bathroom and toilet design is not very friendly. The toilet and shower are in the same cubicle, a shower makes everything wet and only 1 person can use. There's no toiletries rack in the bathroom and toiletries need to be on the floor or toilet seat. Other than that the location is pretty convenient for shopping, food and transport.

Staff 's（the elder man) attitude is very impatient. Stairs for going out the hotel is not easy for suitcases, wheelchair, and baby carriages. There is some hair in the toilet when we first use it.

Great for Foreigners
The staff was incredibly helpful, especially for a solo traveler in Busan for the first time who couldn't speak Korean. They were so kind and thoughtful. The hotel is nice and very convenient to everything. I'd recommend and will probably be back.

My dad got possible bed bug bites all over his face and body while my mom had a few and I also had a few. Other than that, the stay was okay. Location was about 10 minute walk from Seomyeon station, hidden away in the streets, close to good food.

Great property in a very busy area, very clean. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. On 6th floor, found it very quiet even though the streets were bustling at night.

This is my second visit to Hound and I really love it, the place is ample for one pax, the toilet smells really great though to be honest! The staff were really really friendly and helped out a lot. The only thing is that the area facing the motel next to Hound is VERY NOISY AT NIGHT until about 6am in the morning with drunkards around. It's definitely safe, but just noisy.

About 5-7min from Seomyeon Station. Very convenient location. Hotel is clean. Check in was fast. The only feedback is the basin in toilet is low, tall people like me may find it a hassle. Other than that, not much complains. Good hotel.

Near Exit 7 of Seomyeon Station
4 of us stayed in Garden suite twin. The size of the room is good and the terrace is really great for chilling. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. That makes it easier for 4 person to wash up. The only problem is that certain parts of room is too dark, including the bathroom. Coffee bags are also not replenished daily. You will have to ask receptionist for top up. Checking out was quick. The area is very convenient for eating. So many restuarants around. Some famous pig soup shops are within walking distance. You will never be hungry here.

Overall the front desk service was good but on my last two nights, the AC didn’t work so it was hot. Also I found it odd the cleaning lady would keep the window open after cleaning the room. The window screen had some gaps so I also had some mosquito bites because the window was left open.

OK stay
Good sized rooms, location good for local experience. Pretty far to travel to main tourist sites. Don't pick this hotel if you want quiet though, people partying nearby and there was construction next door that went till midnight and started at 7am during our stay. Worth picking a room that doesn't have a standard mattress, it was hard. We like a firm bed but this was something you don't want to sleep on. Thankfully we were upgraded due to the noise.

Modern and clasic boutique hotel.
Booked Garden Spa room and it was very spacious, clean and simple. Both gents at the counter were very accommodating. Hotel was surprisingly quiet and had nice sound proofing despite the fact that it's located near a loud area (Seomyun).

Nice boutique hotel with decent size rooms. It is a 7-8min walk from the nearest metro exit. The hotel staff were friendly and speaks some english. Rooms were a bit dimly lit.

Good hotel. Shame the highlight feature didnt work
Lovely vibrant area in a busy part of the city. As a family we would actually prefer to stay nearer the beach but that shouldn't detract non families from this hotel. It was clean and well located for travel. Unfortunately the jacuzzi we had paid extra for was broken on both of our nights. It's a shame as that was expected to be a highlight of the room (and made the room way more expensive). Not amazing value for money but not bad

No breakfast The bedsheets do not appear clean Though we got the penthouse with the jacuzzi outdoor, we can only have water into the tub from 11-1600 (check in time only starts from 1600 and checkout time is about 11-1200, which really does not leave much time to enjoy the jacuzzi) Furthermore, one have to pay 100,000 won for hot water and 30,000 for cold water, which was not stated clearly on the website when I made the reservation.

Convenient location, very clean & modern
Room was very clean and modern. Location was very close to convenience stores, shopping areas, food alleys, restaurants/bars, train station etc. One "negative" (more of a feedback rather than a negative per se) was that there wasn't an information booklet in the room with instructions e.g. for resetting the safe password, controlling the air-con settings (some settings were on the tv-aircon combo remote controller). Staff were very friendly and helpful.
