Itโs a brand new, typical Korean studio apartment building that they last min flipped to a hotel lol so it has full (small) kitchen, washing machines, lots of storage (for a studio apartment). Some may find it tricky to learn how to control heat, hot water, AC, as it is not typically hotel settings. The biggest thing for me though THE MATTRESSES SUCKS SO BAD. I thought it was a box spring (it was not I checked) ๐ zero cushion, rock hard and you can FEEL every metal springs shape with your body lol like sleeping right on metal springs. Lol and curtains are not black out curtains. Itโs fine for me but if have little kids or prefer black out it might bother you. Location is great and itโs clean, brand new, has convenient appliances. Couldโve been 5 stars but that was the worst bed I ever had ๐ had terrible sleep. sleeping on the floor would've been better if there was a space lol itโs def not โstore boughtโ kind of mattress, thereโs no way. Lol never felt anything like that lol oh and you have to go front desk to get a new towels and thereโs no daily cleaning. Which it says before you book it and we were totally fine with but just FYI!

The stay went very well. Check-in time was at 1600 which is a little late, but everything was good.
Its great was great. Everything nearby, shopping, restaurants, beach and transit. Staff had a bit of hard time with English. But thanks to the young guy that helped me (sorry didnt catch his name) he was amazing and help as best as he could. If he reads this message big thanks to him! Also there was construction in the morning and could here it but it wasnt too bad.

Overall great location. Clean and comfortable. However getting towels was challenging as they ran out of bath size towels.
This place is pretty new, but as typical in the area, was pretty tight in space. Parking is 10K won/night but waived when you leave a review (they just took my word for it). There is a decent sized fridge w/ freezer, tons of cabinet space and a large closet. We were upgraded to an ocean view on the 21st floor, albeit a sliver of the view in between buildings. This is not a full service hotel, in fact, the receptionist would not even peek out when you pass by the front desk, and the parking clerk was away when we got there which caused some confusion as to how we should park - directions to park in/out of the car elevator is posted, but I don't think it was as easy as they make it sound. It is in the middle of the Haeundae, so we just left the car alone for three days. Overall a good stay - great location, parking available, clean and new.
I would like to inform everyone to NOT book with Raviens Hotel if safety is your first priority. The hotel was promising, good TV etc. However, one of the hotel workers gave 3 other guest the same room key and they write able to open my room door. I immediately informed the staff at reception in which they immediately were embarrassed by the situation. Once the duty manager was involved he tried to cover up the issue claiming I did not close the door properly. Which I informed that was not the case as my door was locked and the door opened when the key was used. I asked him to use the CCTV footage that will show the incident in which he conveniently said the CCTV was not operating until Monday. He informed me that I should contact Expedia who have been extremely helpful in this situation - unfortunately they have purposely avoided responding to Expedia for more than 72 hours. If safety is a priority (which it should be) and you would like to stay at an establishment with integrity please do not stay in this location.

Worst hotel of our South Korea trip โ avoid this property. While the property looks new, it is poorly managed and customer service is non-existent.
The kitchen was empty except for two cups. I have food allergies and chose this hotel specifically because it listed a kitchen. When I asked, I was told guests are not allowed to cook. This is not mentioned anywhere. I felt cheated and requested a refund so I could stay at another hotel, but my request was ignored.
Cleanliness was another major issue. Dirty floors, stains on glass doors and the bathroom, and unwashed slippers. Housekeeping is only every three days and very limitedโbath towels and soap were not replaced, and we were told to leave trash in the hallway.
Staff were consistently rude and needs serious training. Every interaction we had with reception was unpleasant. One evening, when the automated parking system stopped working, I asked for help. The receptionist, who was watching something on his phone, showed clear annoyance at being interrupted. After attempting to operate the system himself without success, he told us to park in the EV charging spot, which likely created problems for another guest.
Our stay was also affected by other issues: unreliable internet in the room, lack of bath towels, and waiting 20 minutes for a bill at checkout.
The location is the only positive, but not worth the price or frustration.

They offer free parking in exchange for good reviews, which may explain the high ratings.
El hotel estaba sucio, bellos corporales y cabellos por todas partes de la habitacion. Llegamos al chek in a las 4 de la tarde y al reportar lo sucio nos dijeron que ya no tenian personal para hacerlo.
