The staff here were super accommodating with everything we needed and asked for, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The location is really close to both the metro and the beach, it worked great for us.

Wasn't a fan of this place. A bit to close to the all-night bars without sound-proof windows. Rooms designed very oddly with little desk space or counter space in the bathroom. No laundry services despite claiming to do so (there's a coin-op laundry down the road).

Perfect Busan stay
Super convenient location in Haeundae. Loved that hotel room is spacious and clean! Although surrounded by restaurants and bars, it is not noisy.

Bathroom and Bed
The bathroom has only rainforest type downflow shower, there is no hand-held shower head, so not so inconvenient to use especially when you wish to wash part of your body and don't want to get your hair wet. The bathroom has literally no hook where you can hang your underwear. The bed has two side board which can obstruct getting on and off the bed. Anyway, these are minor flaws and the general stay is a good one.

The room was a little old. Things usually in a room wasn't there such as a comb and a shaver. But there was a window. It made me feel good.

Good and nice overall. Staff is helpful, help us to print some documents, free flow coffees and drinks. Room is clean and nice. Hand gestures required when communicating. Don't expect staff is fluent in English.

Very nice modern boutique hotel in great location
Modern boutique hotel in great location with execllent service and value for the room. Only con I can think of it is that pillow was bit flat for my liking. Please note that this hotel is minimalist in design, but very functional - Exterior, lobby and the room all follow this philosophy.

Clean room, great location, excellent service. Staff was very friendly & helpful. We were allowed to check in early at 2 instead of 4pm. Location is 5 min walk from Metro subway, 10mins walk to Haeundae beach, surrounded by lots of food. Rooms, although smallish is very clean. They now have curtains that block out sunlight. Overall, an excellent stay. Will definitely stay here again..

Great hotel with amazing staff
Boutique hotel near the most happening street and best beach in busan. Parking is underneath the hotel with cctv. Staff is extremely accomodating and speak english very well. Will absolutely stay here again next year

Convenient, clean, and modern
The location was great near the Haeundae beach. The room was a little small but it had everything you needed. You could so pull the automatic screen down for privacy. You could also get a drink at the front desk when you arrive, also with parking service and they mentioned they planned to have Pokemon go at this hotel.

This is a superb hotel. Friendly helpful staff. My husband lost his wallet on the bus and the hotel manager went to the depot and r covered it for him. Above and beyond! Quiet. Room temp easy to control. Hotel very close to beach bus train restaurants market. Overall excellent location

Nice location, and clean room.
Nice location, and clean room. The room is moden and bigger than I thought. But the receptionist were not cable to prived me tour information I need. If will be great if they could provide more information regarding the food and famous place in Busan. Overall, I had a great time during my stay at Industrie Hotel in Busan.

Great hotel for a weekend trip to bussn
Staff was very friendly and helpful, only downfall is if you're an English speaker like me it was a bit hard to communicate. Room was sooo nice and updated. The location was great too. Would defintely stay here again. Also love how there was a balcony from my room.

Pro-Clean room. Good Location, near mrt station, Haeundae Market and the beach. Next famous BBQ Res _'O Pan Jan'. Con-No amenities in room (no shower cab, cotton bud) No kettle, no mug. Very tiny table and no place to hang used towel.

Clean and comfortable
We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Including breakfast, the room was a great deal. As long as you're not sensitive to noise, it's hard to beat this hotel at this price.

Conscience to subway, beach and bus stations.
We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. We rent a car for driving and the hotel offered the car park in free. The hotel has offered soft drinks (4 kinds juices) to the guests in free and unlimited. The staffs are friendly and helpfully.

A well designed hotel
generally great especially the service mind of the staff. the different design of hotel was also a good point. a bit bright and noisy because of room location but it was okay due to the cheap price. :-)

location is walking distance to public transpo.
Very helpful staff. Airport limousine bus stop, subway station, the beach, restaurants, convenience stores and the market are walking distance from the hotel! The pillow's quality can be better though.

The black-out current left a gap, so light came in directly onto the head of the bed. Also, at the end of the floor, it is extremely easy to hear noise from the street, and the bar across the road. The location, facility, and staff is wonderful. But if you are looking for a quiet sleep on the weekend, it might not be your best bet.

Great Place for a Weekend Getaway Near the Beach
The staff was extremely pleasant upon check-in and throughout my stay. The hotel is located a few blocks from the beach and near great restaurants. The room was clean and just what I needed for a weekend getaway. I will stay here again!

Stayed 3 nights. Overall it was fantastic for its price. Great location in Haeundae, in the middle of all the food alleys n bars. 3 min leisure walk to hauendae beach. Hotel service was great, reasonable english spoken by the reception, great manager who personally made sure our stay was comfortable, like going out to the road to hail taxis for us and translating to the taxi driver our destination. Room was clean n comfortable n spacious, almost all amenities that u needed were in the room, free bottles of water you can help yourself to at the fridge beside the reception. Only thing was the bed came with only 2 pillows n when we requested for 2 more extra we only got one. Imac was available at the lobby for surfing needs, connected phone charger cables were plenty too, all u had to do was plug in.

Good mid-range hotel. Great location just a few minutes walk to the beach or up to the metro. Slightly eccentric bed, it's a pull down style - although why you would ever want a hotel room without a bed I have no idea! Problem was it meant there was a gap at the head of the bed that the pillows fell down and you couldn't sit and read in bed. Also no bedside lights. However the bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom with lovely big shower. Breakfast good and available until 10 which is great when you are on holiday. Helpful staff with a bit of English. Would happily stay there again.

Great stay during my BIFF trip
I loved this hotel when I stayed for my film festival trip. The most convenient location in Haeundae, near the beach as well as the station. Room is really good with a comfortable bed and clean wooden floor. Only one regret was breakfast was not included this year, but actually the manager kindly gave me complimentary breakfast vouchers for two days (out of 5 days). That's very nice. Anyway I would love to stay in this hotel again for the next edition of BIFF!

Relax Trip in Busan
The staff are very nice, polite and helpful. The room is very clean and the bed very comfortable too. It is very near the metro station with only around 5 mins walking distance. There are many nice restaurant and cafe nearby. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Cons: 1. check in 4pm! (never seen before such hotel check in), check out 11 am. Usually it must be 2pm - 12am. 2. Very poor breakfast (if you come late, you may have only few stuff left for eating). A slice of bread, with cereal (I could eat cereal only on 1 day, 2nd day they did not offer), boiled eggs, half bow of porridge etc. That's it! 3. Less space for parking. Pros: 1. Good location, around 5 min walk to Haeundae beach. 2. Helpful english speaking staff. 3. Clean room

awesome solo trip
Walking distance to Haundae beach and awesome restaurants. Subway station near by to take you where ever you want. Had a great time in Busan. I will definally stay in industrie hotel again when I visit Busan next time.
