The room is clean. It also provides a plug board which is really great! The water in the bath is strong enough. We love it's location, very convenient, walkable distance to a lot of food, train station, shopping areas. I also like that the bathroom (with a large bathtub), the toilet and the washing basin are separated. The only thing that I don't like is that there is no overhead lights above the wardrobe mirror. (just a minor thing)

This hotel turned out better than I expected. The room was the largest we had in all our time in South Korea. It was nice to finally have some space with three people and three large suitcases. Even the bathroom was big. Nice and close to BIFF square and great street food and not too far from Busan station.

Excellent location to explore Busan

The location of the hotel is excellent. Near to BIFF and Jagaichi fish market, lots of shops, restaurants and street food at night. Also very near Jagaichi metro station. The room is big and well designed for the price that I paid

The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Front desk were not very engaging, there is a huge flower arrangement that blocks the line of sight so there is no interaction when you walk in, no saying hello or anything. Sometimes it's these small things that improve your stay. But the room was great and it was located amidst the markets. They also allowed luggage storage as checkin wasn't until 3pm.

Everything are very good. The clerks are very kind and the bed is very cozy and clean. If the shower room and bath tub can be separate from the sink and toilet to make it dry and wet sepration, it will be perfect

Great location within walking distance to main attractions in Busan and close to metro station. The hotel was simple and the rooms very clean and spacious. I would not recommend the breakfast as the eggs were cold and no options for a good coffee other than machine Americano. With the numerous coffee shops in neighbouring streets, avoid the breakfast here. We were also only provided with tiny paper cups in our room for tea and when we asked for a larger mug we were told it was not allowed so couldn’t even make a decent cup of tea in our room. BYO mug!

Pros: -The room was very spacious and overall is acceptable -Street food and restaurants easily be found near the hotel area Cons: -Not 100% clean but acceptable only thing that I can't accept is stained bedsheets and towels -suggest bringing your towel instead of using hotel towels -not near the train station

On a positive the hotel was walking distance from the night market scene which was very convenient to find food and shopping. The room was okay. The bathroom shower did have some black mold on the caulking and the paint was pealing on the ceiling. It was also a little disappointing that the picture that Expedia leads with is the rooftop bar which was closed for renovations.

We had booked our stay at this hotel primarily based on price and location close to Jagalchi market. This hotel is located along a “less than family-oriented” street in older Busan. We had an issue with the invoice upon checkout that was resolved after some “discussion” with the management. Overall would likely not end up here again on a future trip to Busan.

The hotel is near a lot of restaurants, bars and markets, and also the metro and bus station which is amazing. My hotel room was pretty big, but it could have been cleaner, also there is not a lot of storage, only a very very small closet. And also sometimes there is not a very good smell coming from the toilet. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Hotel room was alright, looks smaller than shown in pictures. Room was not as bright as shown too. Mirror in toilet is quite a distance away & may be a challenge to put on make up if you dont have your own mirror. Location is decent, noise in hotel is not affected by the busy food street and BIFF square nearby, quite peaceful. Bed quality was ok too. Nonetheless, a decent stay in Busan.

First of all, we would recommend this hotel as it is within walking distance to many famous places. Our favorite points of the hotel were: 1. staffers were available in both English speaker and Japanese speaker, and everything from check-in to check-out went very smoothly; 2. our room was very clean; and 3. the toilet seat was warm, which was nice in the winter. Above all, the bed bugs, which we were worried about after seeing the news, were well taken care of.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. The customer service at this hotel was truly amazing. I left some of my travel documents and a large sum of money in the safe and forgot to take them with me. I realized it when I was in Seoul. I called the hotel, and Park (representative at front desk) went above and beyond to help me. She was very efficient in locating my belongings and arranged for express delivery to me to my hotel in Seoul so that I will have them before I depart Seoul. She also followed up to make sure I received the package. Location of the hotel is also convenient as it’s close to the various night markets and shopping and restaurants. It was also quite clean and bigger than I expected. I will definitely book with them again next time I’m here. Thank you Park for your exceptional customer service!

The hotel is situated near many bbq shops and it gets very noisy at night. Make worse when the room is hot and stuffy and we were told to open the windĥow slightly to allow cold air to enter the room. Another con is the glass to toilet and bathroom is translucent. So whenever light is turned on at night, it will affect the other person sleeping as the light will brighten the entire room. Other than above 2 cons, the room is spacious, clean and the water pressure for the shower is good !

Room with unexpectedly luxurious bathroom

The hotel room truly surpassed our expectations! It was very clean and the bathroom was a 4 star hotel’s standard in its sumptuousness. Beds were comfy and we all slept very well each night we were there. The rooftop view is excellent and the little bar there has reopened. Food options were somewhat limited and the live performance we watched one night was unexpected but lovely; consisted mainly of a young man with a violin. Location is good and is an easy 5-10 min walk to shopping and public transportation.A slight drawback is that it’s on a slightly dirty street (by Korean standard). We were also taken aback with the lack of an actual storage room for luggage and had to leave our luggage at an allocated space very near the main entrance as we arrived before check in time. Seemed a bit unsafe but it’s korea after all and nothing was missing in the end. Hotel staff were helpful and polite. All in all, great value for money and I would recommend it especially to those that like shopping when on holidays!

The service was slightly disappointing. The Wi-Fi couldn’t work for days, kept on shifting in and out in and out. And when I asked if there’s a computer to be borrowed for some little urgent work, they said they did not have that to offer. And when I bought some fruits, asked them for a little knife, they said they cannot offer cause it’s dangerous. Then I said, okay dangerous, then can you cut it for me ? They said they cannot do that. ahhhhuhhhhh. Overall it’s clean but slightly old hotel, with convenient location. it’s okay for a 3-star I would say.
