The location is unbeatable! Immediately upon exiting the hotel, you are greeted by stunning Gwangalli Beach. The rooms aren’t luxurious, but they are clean and comfortable. The area has countless cafes, restaurants, arcades, etc. and is a very festive, bustling place. Love it!

Awesome place with excellent views of the gwanganlli beach. Worth the money! I will be back next time.

Good to rest in.

The room was good and the bed too. Good air-conditioning. Table a bit wobbly. Breakfast was not worth it. Pretty much only samples of sweets and no butter for the toast. Also only open for one hour in the morning. No tea or juice. But very clean rooms and quiet.

Easy beach access

Wonderful location with view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. New hotel with nice decor and room layout. Nice breakfast, although rather busy atmosphere. Sound travelled a lot, and we were repeatedly disturbed by conversations next door.

Nice location

The hotel is right off the beach. There are multiple hotels in the same building, each hotel has 2-4floors in the same building ( concept that I had not seen before). The rooms are very nice with a great view. It is at an excellent location with eateries, bars etc. within a walking distance.

The property was PERFECT. Price was very affordable, offered a small continental breakfast, free parking, etc....the only sad part was that I forgot to leave my key and they were really emphatic about returning it, calling, texting, and wanted to charge me 30,000won for the replacement. Seems really really pricy and made me feel a bit sad they would charge so much for a key card. Luckily, I live in Korea and can mail it back to them.

The 3-person room was spacious, as was the bathroom. It's a bit far from Busan station (by cab, about 12 euros a way) but well located on Gwanganli square. The entrance is a little difficult to find, as it's in a building with several hotels. Everything was clean and well-equipped. There's a beautiful view of the whole beach. I'd recommend it!

It's an odd place. The hotel takes up just 2 floors in a tall building with other "hotels" on other floors. The room was nice enough but the bed was hard and definitely DO NOT pay extra for the weak coffee and wonder bread and jam breakfast. It is in a great location.

Suite was okay, payed for the corner suite with balcony and large windows so not the basic suite. I think the highlights of this suite was the view and, the balcony, and the area. One thing that I notice a lot in my Asia hotels is sometimes the washrooms smell really bad like sewage. Most likely from the pipes, I understand thats hard to work with. This suite particularly had a strong sewage smell from the washroom which covered the whole suite since it was small. I had to buy some air freshener from olive young to cope with it. Even when I went to Seoul to a nicer hotel I still smelled the sewage from the toilet but it was as strong as this suite. I’m in Vietnam now and I smell it slightly in my washroom too. This might just be an Asia thing I don’t know. Anyways I just sprayed the air freshener constantly and enjoyed the view, I would recommend this place if you're on a budget because at least the actual suite was nice. It was a perfect location for Gwangalli Beach. However, it was really hard to find as the signage was not obvious. I walked around the buildings for 30 minutes trying to find it, and if they had simply put instructions on the web site or in an email as to where the entrance was, it would have saved me all that trouble. Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the room for the terrace half ocean view. The photos were taken before the building next door was built because the view in the photos does not exist. You do see a partial bridge view between two buildings. However, the terrace also has a large a/c unit taking up the side view, so again, the photos do not represent the actual view or experience. I didn’t use the terrace, even though that is why I booked that room. It was very deceptive and disappointing. For a good view, there are better views of the beach, even though there isn’t a terrace. The room is very small and the photos make it look much bigger. The tv is poorly situated so that if you want to walk to the window or other side of the bed or the little table, you have to squeeze and duck at the foot of the bed, while trying not to hit your back on the tv. The only towels they provide are hand towel size, so if you want or need a bath towel size, plan to bring your own. The room was fine for sleeping, but you wouldn’t plan for a relaxing stay in the room…it’s just not designed for that. But if you need a place to stay in a prime location, this works.

Great couple stay

Wonderful room with partial view of the bay and beach. Small, but had everything we needed. We couldn’t figure out how to work the air conditioner until we started packing up to leave, but we could open the window and that helped. The area is really touristy but that gave us an amusing time people watching. Lots of cafes on the strip, including coffee shop on ground floor of building and cvs too. Would definitely stay here again.

It was nice to be right next to the beach, and I really like the accommodations. The bed and shower facilities are clean, so I recommend it. Breakfast snacks are not great.

Good place to stay.

The ocean view is superb within this price range. The complementary breakfast is very simple. Staff's behavior is very nice. Only problem is that you can hear screaming of your neighbor.

Disappointing service, rude staff

We had lovely ocean views, but the overall experience was disappointing. The staff were quite unfriendly. Although they spoke no English, we attempted our basic Korean, and smiled every time we walked past reception, but they ignored us and did not react. When we had requests, we communicated via Google Translate, but every question we had was met with a disgruntled face. One afternoon at around 4pm, our room had still not been cleaned, and I kindly asked whether they could empty our rubbish bin (which was overflowing), and the staff were very rude. They were clearly speaking rudely about us in Korean, pointing, throwing their arms around. I tried to smile, and they return angry faces. They also didn’t supply normal sized towels, only hand towels. When we requested normal bath towels they said there was a problem with them, but after our 4 night stay, we never saw a bath towel anywhere. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again if I was to return to Busan.

모텔보다 못한 이름만 호텔인 숙소

방에 히터가 안되서 보일러를 틀어주셨는데 온도가 너무늦게 올라가 자는동안은 추웠고, 룸안이 사진하고 실제가 많이 다름. 옷걸이도 3개중에 한개가 파손됨. 가격 대비 시설이 모텔보다 못한수준임.
