Great location, just next to the KTX station. Convenient walk to Metro Subways and Bus-Stops. Eateries are everywhere nearby. Breakfast is the same everyday - Sunny-side up egg, sausage, bacon and bread, soup, fruits, all in a plate. And coffee is very diluted, better to go for the 3-in-1 type. Better option is the nearby Starbucks, or any of the coffee-cafes, or Paris Barguette.

Room and comfort great Customer services could be better. I just needed accommodations for 4 extra hours and they charged me about another $30 dollars or so which is how much i paid for the room for a day.

The location is excellent as it is just 2 minute walk from the BTX Station and 3-5 minutes walk from the metro Busan station. I requested and the hotel had arranged 3 beds in the Family Delux Room which normally accommodates 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Our sincere thanks to their Manager. We had a fairly quiet room located at the end of the corridor and the room was spacious even 2 single beds and 1 double bed were placed. Their staff was very helpful though their English is limited. Thanks to Google Translate that we can manage to communicate well. The Hotel also gave us a late check-out at 1pm. Although the light buffet breakfast did not provide many choices, it was value for money and the cafe environment was cosy. However, when 3 of us checked in the hotel, they only provided us with 2 coffee mugs and when we requested an additional one, they only gave us paper cups. One of the ceiling lights was out of order and the hanger was not properly screwed but the housekeeping staff did not notice and only after our complaints, they came to fix it during our absence from the room. Its light and air conditioner control panel, hanger, toilet, water basin, shower and bath tub are a bit weird in their settings which I am sure you can see from other travelers' review.

Perfect location
The room i am staying has some rust stain. Maintenance is not very good. However, the overall stay is not bad. Love the onsen style bath tub. The location is perfect just next to Busan KTX station

Super convenient location especially for those taking the KTX! Just one min away. Also, it's near to the metro as well. There's a convenience store around the corner as well. Highly recommend!

Take note all toilets here are in frosted glass, not much of privacy. Shower room has nothing for you to hang your clothes or towel so very inconvenient. The sockets are in weird location in the room thus inconvenient to charge your phone or boil water. Got to place the kettle on the floor. The location of the hotel is next to busan subway and railway station. Very accessible and convenient in getting around. Food is everywhere around the hotel. Right next to hotel is a row of food tents. Hotel staff is helpful in ordering food delivery. Overall, still recommended.

A good value well located to train & subway
This hotel is very convenient to the train station and subway in Busan. It is a little older, but the room was very comfortable and reasonable in price. A small breakfast is included. The front desk staff was variable - the mature folks were very helpful - the young ones were a little clueless.

Booked VIP room for 2 night, turned out look like lover’s room. Huge bath tub in middle of the room .Spacious n clean .No cupboard for wardrobe . Shower room & toilet share the same glass door, no hooks for clothes n towel. Have to use chair to put clothes n bath towel near shower glass door.

Perfect Place
The hotel is located near the subway,KTX and tour bus pickup location . Very convenient to travel around . Room is clean and breakfast is quite decent for the price we paid for . Will go back to this hotel when i travel to Busan !

Hotel is right by Busan Station so it was easy for us to travel around. However, location is a bit sketchy with pubs and homeless around the area. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They clean it everyday, no option to not have them clean. Downfall to my stay here would have to be the service. Barely English speaking staff. AC wasn’t working the first night and service came up and played with the remote thinking we couldn’t folllow instructions and still didn’t work. Suffered that night and was finally transferred to another room the following day. Horrible service until management was involved. Also housekeeping always kept giving us one bath towel instead of two. Very frustrating. But if it wasn’t for the location and spaciousness of the room to help offset the downfall I wouldn’t recommend. The rest of our stay wonderful

Choose this hotel because their location just exactly beside busan train station. Within 2 minutes walking distance got two 24 convenience shops. Really convenience.
