"Marine View occupies two floors of a 15 story building with various other hotels on the other floors. Clean, looks recently renovated, a bit small but adequate. A bit pricey but primarily due to location immediately adjacent to beach and festival taking place during our stay. Friendly professional staff and great access to Heaundae Beach."

I would recommend this hotel to all...exclusive department stores (Sinsegae, Lotte) are 5 minute walk and subway leads to the department store. "Great location for exploring the different parts of Busan. The area itself is less touristy then some of the other districts, resulting in a more pleasant stay. Many restaurants and shops nearby, and open until quite late. The room itself is a bit older, but it was kept very clean. I stayed on one of the higher floors, and heard very little noise from outside or from other rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay here again when visiting Busan."

Little details i appreciate: Tatami flooring that is heated Pillow is ergonomic friendly Bluetooth speaker that gives great vibe to the room The main door light sensor was a little off. It switched on and off with no reason. Check in and check out were quick and easy. They have DIY system. They have 2 buildings. Be sure to know which one your room is located"
