"The staff was amazing awesome!! Booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed. Showed up with only the kind bed. Called down to the front desk. He was kind enough to switch us rooms and had no issues. Will recommend and will be staying here again!! "
"The room was spotless, as always! The front desk and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely place to stay! Love the convenience of the location, as we can walk to the various locations that brought us to Phoenix."
"I like that the rooms was very huge and clean. The neighborhood was very nice. People in the area were pleasant. I had an issue with the kitchen sink clogging, but I managed to take care of that. Otherwise I had a beautiful stay at Sonders. I stayed at one in Dallas and that one was nice as well. "
"The hotel hit on all the top things I look for in a good hotel: good large shower with great pressure, soft pillows/bed/comforter, good AC, and overall, large space. Some bonuses: great view of the city, huge TV, 4 closets, large mirror, very clean, and right in the middle of downtown. "
"This place is really comfortable and nice. The units feel like home as you walk in and the furniture looks and felt great. That bed was comfortable as heck, seriously a great nights sleep both nights and the pillow variety was killer. The area around had plenty to offer, and there was food around. I was able to DoorDash a lot of good stuff within a few minutes.
The only thing keeping it from being a 5 was the key fob issues. I love the almost automated setup this place had but it required sequential use of two key fobs for different needs without it being really clear. Aside from the key fob guessing game, everything else was perfect."
"Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly replying was a downfall. Other than that and the key fob placement, I would recommend staying there. "
