"This is nice villa with a swimming pool at a great location in Sapanca. However it looks like it was not maintained well over time, for examples, the kitchen cabinets do not open and close properly. We had a plumbing problem in one of bathrooms that was fixed on the second day. "As a family of 5 we came here the second time already. Staff is outstandingly friendly and helpful. Food is of great quality, no matter if it is breakfast or dinner. Strongly recommend to take a room with private pool in the winter, it is perfectly heated and gives you an extraordinary experience. We will come again."

"So I'm gonna give this a mixed review. The villa itself is gorgeous. It has a backyard with lawn, in-ground swimming pool, poolside lounge chair, poolside dining tables and chairs, 3 queen-size beds that sleeps 6 people, a 2nd floor loft/sitting area with rooftop terrace, master bedroom with jet spray jacuzzi (which was the highlight). the rooms were rather spacious and each bedroom had a bathroom en suite except for the ground floor bedroom, which had an adjacent bathroom. "What a nightmare... we arrive at 8pm to the entrance of the villa complex. The security guard says we don't have a booking or reservation even though it's been confirmed via hotels.com. After making a phone call the property manager tells him to take us to Villa no4. We arrive and walk inside to find it in dust and unhygienic state. The inside of the villas are freezing cold so they try to start up the heating system but with no success. The gas oven and hot water system is also not working. We...
