A marvelous hotel, with a most helpful staff at all stations (Askin as concierge was especially charming and helpful). The facilities are unparalleled especially the thermal spa--a wonderful experience.

Fantastic stay at MÖVENPICK Hotel and Spa! Exceptional service from all the staff, clean and spacious room, incredible food in both restaurants as well as friendly and efficient room service. We also thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful thermal waters and the spa. We will definitely be back!

Parking was not easy 4 floors below, and some of the people parking in the way which makes it more difficult, I hope the hotel management will ask their guest not to do that

Excellent service with upscale amenities. Very good value for your money. Both restaurants offer great dishes and breakfast buffet was very good. Spa offers great servives including hammam and massages. Very friendly, helpfyl, and professional staff.

keep up the good work
the young lady at the checkin was super courteous and professional. I feel terrible I forgot her name. please note that I checked in around 11pm, kindly pay my regards to the front desk attendants at that time. the breakfast staff were awesome and their service was wonderful. full credit to them. I will definitely be staying there when ever I am in Bursa.

I like: 1- Presence of Arabic & English speaking staff 2- try to solve our reservation problem of backdated information regarding types of rooms & it's view on Orbitz ( they upgrades rooms from stander/superior to delux) 3- accomodate our request to have a private turkish Hamam for 1 hour. 4- very friendly, helpful, nice staff I dont like : 1- on the web does not mention the old name of the hotel ( mercur) 2- no designated private turkish hamam 3- Tow ttimes I bokeed for city view , but offered a side view

Excellent hotel except the room A/C that was turned off after few hours. Every time I called and it was turned on without even entering my room. This was kind of inconvenience otherwise overall hotel service is very good.

Fantastic stay
Great place. Beautiful pool. Bars and restaurants are Superb! The room was well appointed and the quilt on the bed was like sleeping under a cloud! So soft and fluffy! The staff were friendly and in each area at least one person spoke English well. We will be back for sure 😀

Hotel of high standard
I think this is a hotel of international standard. The staff is definitely a team of high caliber. This is my second stay.

Great location and services, friendly staff
Great service, awesome staff and friendly, the room furniture is new and clean, restaurant at the rooftop was great choice for dinner facing the sea, smoothly check in and check out, price is worthy.. this will be my only stay in Bursa in the future and will definitely recommend this property to family and friends, thanks to all staff (front office, restaurants, housekeeping)
