Perfect stay for business or pleasure
Stayed for 1 night to visit the local area, was easy for us as we had a car but even if you dont the attractions are all together in the centre so just a 5 min car journey away & then everything on foot. The hotel is one of the oldest but has been refurbished & in immaculate condition although the bathroom had a dated bath & would have preferred a walk in shower. İts located high up with views over the whole city & opposite a beautiful park if you like a bit of nature and an Archeololgical museum so perfect location. İt has its own hot springs so definitely bring your swimwear & you can have a hammam experience (this is an extra charge but worth it) You cant visit Bursa & not have iskender & best place for this is in the Botanik gardens-dont forget to wander upstairs to check out the history Every day at 4pm theres the changing of the guards at the tomb by the clock tower-try to plan your day around this. Got peckish at around midnight & had the club sandwich, as you can see from the photo it was delivious & more than enough for 2. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

Sadly it was a disappointment for me. A non-smoking king bed reservation turned out to be a queen bedded room that reeked of cigarette smell. The hotel lobby and corridor has seen better days as well, it seems. Not all bad though, the staff was very friendly and helpful and were a redeeming quality of the hotel. The thermal spa was well kept as well. Overall, I’d rather stay elsewhere next time.

Location is very bad Hard to get out for a walk. No access from the main road The worst is the shower Door doesn't close properly while having shower Very hard to understand staff. They need better english speaking employees

Outstanding hotel, Great views and 5 Star service
Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Hotel truely offers great views of Bursa, has great Spa services and outdoor swimming pool. Hallway and corridor are spacious and the heavenly scent as soon as you step in is mind blowing. Customer service was extra ordinary (especially Nusrat and Muhammad at Conceirge Desk, they both made sure that I felt at home, very welcoming and gave me good tour of the hotel upon arrival) @Manager/Owner: if you reading this please know Nusrat and Muhammad are great assets to your hotel. I wouldn't have enjoyed my stay this much without their efforts and passion to look after hotel guests. They truely offered 5 Star service! 👌

Definitely not 5 stars
The hotel was dark and gloomy. We had to change rooms twice, because there were issues with smoke smell in the room and a broken balcony door. The breakfast was especially disappointing - definitely not what you expect in Turkey. And definitely not 5 stars. We liked the thermal pool and spa.

güzel manzaları ama yıllara biraz yenik düşmüş
odanın banyo kapısı gacırdıyor, spot ışıklar tam yatağın tepisinde kafaya geliyor yatarken rahatsız ediyor, ısınma gürültü yapıyor, kapatsan oda soğuyor, hamam içi çalışmayan musluk var, havlular eskimiş, dinlenme alanı ortam ısısı düşük, kahvaltı iyi ama çeşit olarak iyileştirilebilir. konum güzel manzara güzel, çalışanların gayreti ve ilgisi son derece başarılı.

Otel çok güzel,manzara etkileyici,lobideki yılbaşı süslemeleri olağanüstüydü.Resepsiyonist Çiğdem Hanım'ın güleryüzlü karşılaması ve sorun çözme odaklı yaklaşımı çok güzeldi.Yılbaşı öncesi doluluk göz önüne alınarak bir hazırlık yapılmadığından kahvaltı salonunda aksamalar oldu.Yemek salonunda sandalyelerin çekilmesi sırasında çıkan sese bir an önce bir çözüm bulunmalı,odamızda bile bizi rahatsız etti.Yine de Bursa'ya tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle konaklamak isteyeceğim otel.
