"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Shower was powerful and bathroom spacious with toiletries available. Tea and coffee making facilities. WiFi available and worked well. Food and drink options really good on site. Perfect for our long weekend stay."

The location is perfect with everything you need/want within walking distance. The entertainment in the bar of a evening was great. A big tip would be to have reception book The Black Cab tour, if you were thinking of taking the tour"

"The staff was sensational! We flew in from the United States and they were able to get us an early check in (about 4 hours early). Sooo helpful and nice! Room was a little smaller than expected but was still comfortable. Excellent location! Hated they did not have any parking but they referred us to a parking garage that was a short walking distance. Room service is a limited menu, especially after 9pm."
