So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. "A small, nicely run hotel. We had a room with a balcony looking out over the ocean and left our door open at night so we could hear the ocean. Lovely! Room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that because the property is an older one, I could hear my neighbors next door. They had loud kids!!! That said, they were quiet by 11:00 pm. "Breakfast was very basic cereals, bread, toast and Waffle. So if you love carbohydrates, it's the place to be. Could use some scrambled eggs, or sausages. Very clean."

"Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way.
