"Rooms were clean. Staff was excellent. I just wish they would have breakfast earlier. A lot of people have to be gone by six 7 AM so if they started breakfast at five, it will be amazing"

"I sat in the lobby trying to call the office for late check in for 30 minutes and could not get anyone to answer I ended up having to go to another hotel to get a room. I called the next morning to get a refund and was told “ I was working last night and didn’t get a single call” was told he needed to call his manger and would call me right back. I never got a call back or money back."

"The room was very clean and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the bed was very comfortable."

"When is the last time you and your partner slept in a double bed? Horseshoe Bay allows you to bring your pet. Our reservation was for a king bed with lake view. But they put us in a ‘villa’ with no view and double bed! So uncomfortable .we were not told that pets were not allowed in the main building when we registered. It was difficult to sleep."
