The room was supper small, and the bed was super hard. We had to leave a day early due to an emergency at home in Alabama. We asked at the front desk if we could get a refund for Saturday night, but they said we have to contact Hotels.com for a refund. Can we get a refund?

Good staff. Good place.

The staff was awesome. I got there early and asked for an early check in. They didn’t have anything ready but said they’d work on getting me in early and they did. Continental breakfast was good too.

Not great, but a place to stay. Can walk to Fun C

They are pet friendly but the fee is 30$ not 20$ and they put us in a room with a single very small queen bed, not the double we requested. The outlet by mirror didn’t work. Front desk not very friendly. Hotel is very bare bones. Room was clean.

They were installing new tile and that went on all night. We were next to the laundry and someone was doing laundry at 3:00am. So the property was clean and acceptable but the noise level was too much.

This hotel has did a great job at renovating everything was new and nice clean rooms nice flooring bed comfortable very spacious room I would definitely stay here again only bad thing here watch when you pay cause it won’t match if you book online

This was decent for the price. We could hear snoring through the walls...so very thin and seemingly no insulation or sound proofing. Every time a door opened and closed nearby, it was very loud. However, very clean, very kind owners / staff. I would absolutely stay again.

Great staff not so great hotel

The staff was amazing and very friendly the hotel was not. It’s a two story hotel with no elevator! We carried multiple suitcases at 11 pm up the stairs and all of our other stuff. The stair cases were filled with extra furniture and broken air conditioners. Security was not taken into consideration at all.

Sketchy area. Run down. Poorly remodeled. Caulk is not a substitute for grout. The bed frame was some type of metal sheeting that banged with movements. But it was clean and no bugs. Staff was nice. Mostly empty so was quiet. Served its purpose for the night.

Overall pretty good

Staff was friendly. Room was fine: bed was comfy and shower water pressure was good. The fridge was not very cold and the air conditioner took about 12 hours to really get cool - but eventually did. Bfast was not too good. Nice to offer hot food but ran out of eggs and no protein.
