"Great fitness center! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Housekeeping was a bit delayed and I couldn't get more coffee cups to my room until I asked. Luckily, Starbucks is nearby. Great location, walkable to everything, but expensive valet parking. If you fly in, get an Uber to this hotel because you won't need your car! If you do, use the public lot next door to save 50%. Front desk staff AMAZINGLY helpful! All the staff I spoke to was very friendly. Lots of good restaurants all around this hotel. You won't go hungry!"

21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati

"My wife and I were looking for a hotel within walking distance from Great American Ballpark and chose 21c. The check-in process was easy and the room was easy to find. The room wasn't bad, just had a lot of features/amenities that were missing or not too pleasing. The bed was as hard as a rock compared to any hotel I've ever stayed at, as were the pillows (this is something I've never had an issue with, and we travel a lot). The room didn't have a mini-fridge for the price, which was disappointing, but ok for one night. A good deal of the tv channels on the guide either didn't work (any of the movie channels) or just stuck on a random screen (Fox Sports Ohio). A couple of the video based art installations on the 2nd floor also weren't on or working (in particular the one that made a reference to Psycho, which I would have really wanted to see). I also wasn't a big fan of a $5 "sustainability fee" that was tacked on at the end. I'd stay here again in a pinch, but would probably look elsewhere."
