"Second time at the Ocean - first time as amazing; this time as disappointing. Booked two rooms for a friends’ getaway - asked for adjoining/close rooms. Response from the hotel the first time as confused - they didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. Then check-in process was super delayed where I had to wait 2+hrs as my room wasn’t ready - especially difficult after a long trip. Then when we finally got to the rooms, they weren’t clean - peanut shells(?) on the floor, stained pillow cases, slow draining sink, clump of hair and holder in the shower seating area. I don’t know what happened since the first trip, but it was very disappointing. The only reason why I up’d the stars to an “ok”, was when the problems were brought up, Sofia at the front desk understood our concerns and rectified it immediately by switching us to another floor. We were very tired already to be moving, but grateful she just got it done and efficiently. "

"The casino was nice I was confused upon arrival no one really explained to me how to use the elevator that need our room key to move. Also wasn’t aware there would be a temporary hold on my card for the full amount for the stay even though I paid for more than half of the hotel. "

"Good afternoon, I must admit that I was somewhat disappointed with my stay at the Windsor Hotel. This was my second time visiting, but on this occasion I brought my daughters so they could enjoy the pool, especially since the weather was warm. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, and I was neither informed in advance nor did I see any notice about it. Regarding the room, I noticed that the lamps were not properly arranged, there were no utensils in the kitchen, no wine glasses, and the shower was the worst I have ever experienced, as there was no water coming out. Additionally, there was no breakfast available, which was also disappointing. I was also charged $57, and I am not sure what this charge was for. I would appreciate your clarification on these matters. Thank you."

"Clean room, lots of entertainment, pools were closed even indoor one, which sucked, but I understand it was early spring season, other wise great stay. "
