"I really just needed a place to sleep after enjoying the beach and clubs in AC so I didn't mind the place being kind of run down. The first room they gave me had a broken door lock so despite the key card working, the door would not open. They worked quickly to find me another room. However, the second room had a broken AC unit. It was tolerable as it worked more like a fan and blew cool air. The shower had a high pitched whistling sound when it was on so I had to keep the water coming from both...

"Lovely little independent motel in a nice (safe) neighborhood in Philadelphia. Room was very clean and they were nice about checking in past 1 AM after a late flight. Staff were friendly and quick. Easy walk to the grocery store with plant based options. "

"Property management needs to make sure at least every once in a while the room gets a real deep clean. Room is almost complete carpet and carpet needs deep clean to insure it is cleaned. Also property management needs to get exterminators and deep clean with rodent spray or something. There were a few dead insects in some places and first night of stay there was a roach just on the wall had to kill it"
