No hot water and hot tub and pool out of service
Very disappointed with the lack of accommodations. Booked this hotel for our family because of the pool and hot tub for the family as it was advertised. Paid premium price in advance to secure the larger suite to accommodate 6 guests. Upon arrival, the pool and hot tub were out of service. No discount offered for lack of amenities. Upon arrival to our room we had 4 people needing to shower as we spent the entire day snowboarding. 5 min into the first shower the water went cold and never warmed back up. We were extremely disappointed and asked the front desk what was wrong. They told us that “somebody was working on the water heater earlier”. But, they couldn’t give us an answer or even offer us a different room to shower in. We reserved this room on hotels.com, so we were unable to get a refund. Very disappointed with this stay and it definitely ruined the remainder of our vacation.

We loved the help yourself coffee and tea station. There were lots of options. The breakfast was the best I have been offered at any Hotel. They even had egg white omelets and turkey sausage along with regular eggs and sausage.

Reception was warm, courteous and friendly, even though we were late arriving. When asked she cheerfully brought an extra blanket to our room. The room was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Overall, an excellent experience.
