"Checking in online was pointless. Since I filled out the forms, gave a copy of my license plus my cc info it said all id have to do is grab my room key n go. I did not work that way at all. I still spent 10 minutes filling out the same exact forms all over again. That was frustrating since we were rushing to a game. Other than that a great stay as usual. "

The front desk person who checked us in, Shanelly, was super sweet and was the only person on duty to do everything from checking in guests to cooking dinner for The Placery orders. She did a fabulous job with a big smile and made us feel very welcome. She is amazing at multi-tasking."

"Finding property very difficult. There are two places with the same street address 3 or 4 miles apart. Waze, Google take you to the wrong one. Several calls to La Quinta before we found a real person to give us the number of the front desk. Not much help there either. Seemingly unaware of the problem. we finally figured it out. Took over an hour."
