amazing stay

Hôtel location is a bit far from downtown. plates where durty and there where no brush to clean WC. make sure u can reach the guy before your arrival because he never answers phone calls. les plats étaient salles et pas de brosse pour les WC. propriétaire injoignable lors de votre arrivée. prenez vos dispositions

Eine Unterkunft zum Weiterempfehlen. Das Loft wirkt sehr einladend und großzügig. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte während des Aufenthaltes einwandfrei über WhatsApp. Das Waschen der eigenen Wäsche wird kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Personennahverkehr ist optimal, sowohl die Metro- als auch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl befinden sich ebenfalls in direkter Nachbarschaft. Leider war unser Backofen defekt was sich als Selbstversorger natürlich negativ auswirkt. Der Vermieter hatte das Problem zwar zur Kenntnis genommen, die Reparatur fand jedoch erst am letzten Urlaubstag statt. Auch war zwar ein Fernsehgerät vorhanden, jedoch konnte ich keinen TV-Sender ausfindig machen obwohl das Kabel an der Dose angeschlossen war. Da ich nicht im Urlaub bin um fernzusehen ist das aber kein Problem gewesen. Dennoch war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, nur liegt etwas weiter draußen von der Stadt. Metro ist vorhanden, man braucht aber ca 30 min bis zu Ihnenstadt. Man kann die Unterkunft aber sehr gut weiter empfehlen

Me ha gustado! Nos hemos alojado durante 5 noches, todo era genial: le gente en recepción muy amable, el loft espectacular, cómodo y muy limpio, con vistas panorámicas a los campos y la ciudad. Ademas el edificio tiene gym y piscina en buen estado. Teníamos buen descanso! Estación de metro/tram está en 10 minutos caminando por zona tranquila. Recomiendo!

Fantástico

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos. Ya es la cuarta vez que venimos a este hotel y estamos muy contentos. Todo el equipamiento en muy buen estado, colchones comodísimos (tanto los de la cama de matrimonio como los dos supletorios), cocina muy bien equipada, lavaplatos, dos cuartos de baño y sobretodo lo moderno que es todo. Te sientes como en casa y para nosotros es muy importante, ya que pasamos largas estancias. Repetiremos sin duda.

I liked that their office was on the premises. So anything that you need is easily avaliable. The loft was wonderful for the 2 of us. It is located next to the Hospital and a med center so around the building is very busy. There are also lots of other business located in the building not just loft apartments to rent. On the plus side it is located outside the ,city center but along a main highway that allows you easy access to all of the major sites in Valencia.

Tuvimos un problema con la habitación que nos asignaron ya que faltaban muchas mejoras y casi no tenía muebles. Nos cambiaron a otra pero los colchones de las camas auxiliares y los somieres estaban en mal estado. Las fotos no corresponden con las imágenes de todas las habitaciones, sólo de unas pocas, y si tienes suerte de que te toquen, fabuloso, pero si no es el caso como nos pasó a nosotros, hay bastante diferencia (sin mamparas de baño sino cortinas, sin mueble de comedor, sin cabezal en la cama de matrimonio, sin lavaplatos, sin ningún tipo de decoración,....no muy bien la verdad). Lo que ves en la web no corresponde con la realidad.

Buono, ma non eccellente.

Ottima la comunicazione via whatsapp, ma il servizio non è quello di un hotel. Mancavano l'asciugacapelli, la macchinetta del caffè, un paio di asciugamani ed il tappetino del secondo bagno. Mancava lo shampoo. Molto spartano l'arredamento. Il letto credo sia tra i più comodi nei quali io abbia mai dormito nella mia vita. Bella la vista dall'8 piano :-)

Reat place for a couples break

Modern apartment, perfect for a couples city break. 30 minutes from the airport and 45 minutes from the airport. Supermarkets and fast food loctions close by but for attractions and resturants a short trip to the city is the best for ease and choice. As a regular vistor to Valencia I would stay here again

La habitación no estaba preparada, no se podía utilizar uno de los baños por acabar de poner la mampara, no estaba limpio de la obra, la televisión no estaba instalada, no había suficientes toallas, no había papelera...

I Loft sono stupendi con grandi vedrate con vista sulla città. I grandi spazi sono più che sufficienti anche con 6 ospiti ( noi eravamo in 5 su 86 mq con sei posti letto) La colazione buona al ristorante del Loft meno buona la domenica all'ospedale ( la domenica il ristorante dell 'albergo è chiuso). La metro è vicina a circa 350 metri, e si può raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti. Con la metro si può andare al centro di Valencia in 20 min circa o forse meno. Sono forniti asciugamani lensuola, piumoni per tutti. Anche asciugacapelli. Consiglio a voi tutti questo albergo. L'unica cosa che posso dire che potrebbe essere curata un po di più la pulizia, noi ad esempio abbiamo trovato peli bianchi di cane sul pavinento, comunque i servizi perfetti. Comunque nel compleszo vi consiglio questo alloggio nel suo complesso e per la comodita.

Good trip to Valencia and staying at Ohmyloft apart hotel in Burjassot area, the area of hotel is good but not close to downtown area or the beach, but nice place and comfortable apartment. You can find free parking area in front of the hotel, there is a shopping center very closer, the room are very clean and comfortable. Equipped with all basic utilities you can need to use during your stays. Natalie and her colleague from the front desk were very friendly and helpful with all information that we need, they indicate me a lot of good restaurants in the Valencia area, A pleasant stay and for sure we will come back soon. I really recommend it for your vacation time and getting a relax.

check the wind forecast before you book

The flat was on the 9th floor, and it was a windy weekend. The glass door to the terrace is of poor quality and the high pitched noise of the wind going through it was unbearable, we had to semi-open it for the high pitch noise to disappear, and allow-in the cold air and the noise from the highway... needless to say that we could not sleep at all during our stay. There were only 2 chairs on the terrace and one of them was falling apart due to UV damage. The cleaning utensils were left on the terrace. The oven was dirty. The glass panes on the stair case were dirty. It was difficult to park around, and the guards did not had spare keys for the parking.
