We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. However, it’s how they handled the situation. We had an extra person visiting us, they were going to stay somewhere...
