"The food and service was generally excellent. Parash is the best manager they have, he was brilliant and helped out with things outside his purview all the time when he was on duty. "The hotel is an old heritage building so the bathrooms are small but perfectly functional and clean. Our view from both rooms was terrible but that happens and we didn't spend much time in the room so it wasn't the end of the world. Staff made the stay from the cleaning and dining staff to the security they were all amazing. Only issue I had was with the front desk staff, they were aloof and rude. You were made to feel that you weren't good enough to stay there, which was certainly not the behaviour of the rest of the staff. It's a shame that the front-line staff leave a bad taste. "
